COASTEERING IN SARDINIA<\/h1>\n

Le rocce e il mare: elementi fondamentali per il coasteering<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n

<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Il Coasteering<\/strong> \u00e8 l’unione di varie attivit\u00e0 da praticare lungo le scogliere pi\u00f9 belle<\/strong> e impervie della Sardegna. Il percorso si snoda lungo una scogliera, quindi camminando sulle rocce<\/strong>, a ridosso del mare. Sappiamo bene come le rocce delle scogliere siano instabili e talvolta molto affilate.\u00a0<\/span>Equilibrio ed elasticit\u00e0 sono perci\u00f2\u00a0fondamentali in questa fase. <\/span><\/p>\n

Il Coasteering<\/strong> \u00e8 una pratica che unisce varie discipline, a partire dal canyoning<\/strong> del quale usa le nozioni necessarie per le manovre di corda, tra cui calate e teleferiche (zip-lines); usa nozioni di arrampicata<\/strong>, necessarie per oltrepassare o aggirare grossi blocchi, talvolta, all’interno di grotte o strisciando nei cunicoli scavati dall’acqua si ha l’impressione di praticare speleologia<\/strong>, e infine un po’ di relax con lo snorkeling<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I nostri tour di Coasteering sono scelti non solo per la bellezza degli scenari, ma soprattutto per la loro variet\u00e0. Riteniamo che un percorso di coasteering debba essere il pi\u00f9 vario e avventuroso possibile, sempre all’interno di parametri di sicurezza adeguati. La scogliera di Cala Gonone, ad esempio, \u00e8 ideale per il Coasteering. Lungo una fascia costiera sormontata da scogliere a picco sul mare ci attendono grotte colme di stallatiti, stretti cunicoli e delicati traversi sull’acqua. Giunti a ridosso di grandi scogli possiamo decidere se tuffarci<\/strong> in acqua, arrampicare<\/strong> o strisciare<\/strong> dentro stretti cunicoli.\u00a0<\/span>Per partecipare ai tour di Coasteering \u00e8 fondamentale avere una buona acquaticit\u00e0, ovvero essere in grado di nuotare sia in acque profonde che accanto agli scogli<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Per quanto sia divertente tuffare ed arrampicarsi sulle rocce, le nostre guide hanno studiato dei percorsi dove questo non \u00e8 mai obbligatorio. Anzi, lo sconsigliano a chi non si sente pronto al 100%.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We provide all necessary equipment<\/b> for the Coasteering.<\/p>\n

Each participant will receive a wetsuit<\/strong>, a specific rucksack, and a waterproof container to keep their food dry. On top of that, we provide a harness<\/strong>. This is just to keep the bottom of the wetsuit in one piece when we sit on sharp rocks.<\/p>\n

Under the wetsuit, it is enough to wear a bathing suit. You’ll need to wear a pair of hiking shoes<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

In order to reserve wet suits of the correct size, please let us know the height and the weight of all participants.<\/p>\n

Yes and not<\/strong>… <\/p>\n

It is possible to walk the entire itinerary without touching the water. On top of that, we provide a wet suit and a buoyant (a floating jacket), which will keep you floating in case of an accidental dive. <\/p>\n

Anyhow, our guide would rather not take this responsibility on mixed groups. <\/p>\n

If you book a tour in exclusive, and all other participants are aware that you cannot swim, and are OK with that, we can do it. <\/p>\n

Of course, jumps are not compulsory, we make sure there’s always a safe alternative. <\/p>\n

Our guides may suggest diving from various heights, but you can choose whether you want to do it or not. In case you do not feel like jumping, there’s no problem. It is always possible to walk or swim around a rock. <\/p>\n
