Starting from one of the largest caves in Sardinia, the itinerary develops at the base of the crags, winding around boulders and through hidden passages. In order to pass the hardest section we will have to jump into the water and swim on Sardinian’s best coast line.
Once we reach the end point we’ll have a rest by the gigantic Biddiriscottai cave. Walking back to the cars only takes 30 minutes.
All participants will receive a helmet and a floating jacket. There are jumps of various heights, and often we recommend jumping to avoid hard passages. Anyhow jumping into the water and swimming can also be avoided.
